Most of the polyurethane rigid foam external insulation projects adopt spraying construction technology, which is also widely used in China at present. The disadvantages of this method are as follows:

(1) It is difficult to master the spraying technology, so professional spraying hands need to be trained.

(2) Flatness is difficult to control, which is easy to cause uneven thickness.

(3) construction is sensitive to weather conditions. If the wind is too large, it will cause heat loss during spraying, resulting in the foaming quality being affected. If the temperature is too low, it will cause incomplete foaming. The humidity conference will affect the compactness of foam, produce perforation and reduce the waterproofing.

(4) The surface of the sprayed polyurethane rigid foam is relatively smooth, which leads to the problem of bonding with the bonding mortar. If not handled properly, the finishing system may be unstable, and cracks may easily occur on the surface. Bulge, fall off and other phenomena, so we must deal with the surface problems.

(5) spraying polyurethane rigid foam easily leads to splashing and floating of polyurethane foam, resulting in waste of raw materials.
