Polyurea spraying equipment is mainly composed of spraying mainframe, spray gun cleaning tank, spraying auxiliary equipment, etc.

Specialized polyurea spraying equipment must include a stable material conveying system, an accurate material metering system, a uniform material mixing system, a good material atomizing system and a convenient material cleaning system. This spraying equipment must have the functions of heat preservation, pressure application, and impact mixing.

Due to the strong dependence of polyurea coatings on spraying equipment and the complexity of the spraying equipment itself, special investigations, investigations, and studies on spraying equipment and processes are important conditions to ensure the research of polyurea coatings for pipeline anticorrosive overhaul.

Polyurea spraying machine has a complicated structure, complicated connections, and numerous operating steps. Therefore, the equipment operating steps must be standardized and determined during the entire spraying process.

Writing a qualification report is roughly divided into three areas:

K2000

1. Admission. Whether the auxiliary equipment and complete machine accessories are complete/qualified, and whether the after-sales training is in place;

2. Equipment test. Are there any problems during the test phase? If there are problems, analyze the reasons (quality problems / repairable problems on-site), and if the operators can solve them by themselves under the guidance of the operator, there are 3 reasons: (1) after-sales training is not in place (2) Machine quality problems (3) Operators' own quality problems.

3. Acceptance. See if the after-sale training is in place, whether the problem is normal, whether the accessories are complete, what is the maximum working time of the equipment (which is conducive to planning work and rest time); focus on checking whether the accessories of the vulnerable parts of the equipment are complete and whether the operator can solve it independently.

Note: The equipment's certificate of conformity/factory certificate needs to be provided by the manufacturer.
