Two ways of polyurea sprayer equipment maintenance:
1. Once the system is filled with raw materials, the A and B terminals cannot be used interchangeably, otherwise it will cause a chemical reaction within the system and the entire system will no longer be used.
2. After the machine is used, if it is stored for a short period of less than 10 days, the spray gun needs to be removed and cleaned to seal the part of the raw material that contacts the air to prevent the raw material from contacting the air to produce crystals.
3. After the machine is used, if it is stored for a long time, it is recommended to use DOP (dioctyl phthalate) instead of raw materials, fully clean the raw materials in the system, and seal the parts that are in contact with the air.
Note: 1. Before repairing and maintaining the equipment system, all air pressure must be removed.
2. If the grease in the oil cup of the pump changes color quickly, you need to change the seal in the pump.
